Information we process

• Game accounts: Unity Authentication creates a game-player identifier. If you connect Google Play Games, Google and Unity process your Play Games profile information, identifier, and authentication credentials to link or recover that game account. RageDead does not ask for your Google password or access to your Gmail messages, contacts, or personal Drive files.
• Purchases and expansion access: product identifiers, purchase tokens or receipts, transaction status, and an account identifier derived from your game account are processed to validate purchases, restore access, and prevent a purchase from being reused by another account. Google handles payment details; we do not receive your full payment-card number.
• Local game data: progress, run checkpoints, survivor preferences, and settings are saved on your device. Connecting Play Games does not currently upload these saves or synchronize gameplay progress between devices.
• Technical information: the game and its service providers may process IP addresses, device and operating-system information, app version, service requests, and diagnostic information to operate authentication, purchasing, downloads, and troubleshooting.
• Support: if you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include.

How information is used

We use this information to operate the game, connect and recover accounts, validate and restore expansion access, deliver downloadable content, prevent fraud or unauthorized access, diagnose problems, and answer support requests. We do not sell your personal information or use Google account information for advertising.

Service providers and sharing

RageDead uses Google Play Games and Google Play billing, and Unity services including Authentication, In-App Purchasing, Cloud Code, Cloud Save, and Cloud Content Delivery. Cloud Save is used for access and purchase records; it does not currently back up your gameplay saves. These services process information needed to provide their functions.

This website is hosted by Vercel, which processes website requests under its Privacy Policy. Providers may process data in countries other than where you live. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, investigate fraud, or enforce legitimate rights.

Website analytics and your choice

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visitor and page-view statistics, including page URLs, referring sites, approximate location, and browser and device information. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies for visitor analytics. Read Vercel's analytics data-handling information for details.

If you choose Allow analytics, this website also loads Google Analytics to measure visits, referring sites and campaign parameters, approximate location, browser and device information, scrolling, and outbound links such as Google Play download buttons and our YouTube channel. Google Analytics uses cookies and identifiers to distinguish website visits. These measurements help us understand website traffic and interest in our products; a download-link click does not confirm that a game was installed. We do not enable Google advertising personalization or Google signals.

Google Analytics stays off until you allow it. You can choose Decline, or change your choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the website footer. We store your preference in your browser's local storage. Changing your choice to Decline stops future Google Analytics measurement on that browser and website address. Website analytics are separate from RageDead gameplay data. This website setup does not add analytics software to the Android game.

Storage, retention, and security

Local saves remain on your device until removed through the app's available controls, device storage settings, or uninstallation, subject to your device's backup settings. Server-side account, ownership, and access records are retained as needed to maintain your account and purchase restoration, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Uninstalling the game does not automatically delete those server records.

We use encrypted network connections and access controls for account and purchase services. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can decline or cancel Google Play Games connection and continue playing The Last House. A connected account and successful store verification are required for ordinary Blackrail purchase or restoration. You can manage Google permissions through your Google account and Play Games settings.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your RageDead account and associated data, email memorystudio07@gmail.com with the subject “RageDead data request.” Describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the account. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or full payment-card details.

Deleting account data can affect your ability to restore expansion access. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or unresolved disputes. Store purchase records and refund requests are also subject to Google's procedures. Your rights may vary by location.

Children

RageDead is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
